Studies and Proposals Technician

With a view to joining the Studies and Proposals department at Baltor – Engenharia e Construção Lda, we are looking for 𝗧𝗲́𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼(𝗮) 𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘀, to strengthen our team.

Candidate profile:

• Dynamism, concentration, autonomy, organization, critical thinking, initiative and commitment to work and the team are the requirements;
• Proficiency in computer tools: CCS, Office, MS Project, AutoCAD;
• Ambition and results orientation;
• 3 years’ professional experience, with at least 2 years in a budgeting department;
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Professional Training in Measurement and Budgeting.

Main responsibilities:

Candidates must have skills that ensure the development of activities in the following areas:

• Preparation of technical proposals for tenders;
• Preparation of budgets for public and private tenders;
• Preparing and organizing proposals for electronic submission.

Skills required:

• Orientation towards objectives and results;
• Spirit of initiative, teamwork and professional rigor;
• Capacity for interpersonal relationships.
