Expansion of the “Nosco Couture” Industrial Unit

This project has an implantation area of 1,500 m² and is attached to an existing industrial unit, with 2 floors, totaling 3,000 m² of construction. 1,700 m² is for the production area, 600 m² for storage and the rest for social areas and changing rooms.
Special foundations were built using continuous auger piles and a prefabricated concrete structure with pillars, beams and hollow core slabs. The façades, supported by concrete block masonry walls, were clad in 50 mm PIR panels, as was the 60 mm thick roof.
The interior coverings and finishes were done in finished concrete on both floors, projected plastering and wall painting, and all the electrical, hydraulic and HVAC infrastructures were done in plain sight. This contract also included a component of intervention in the existing unit, in which the opening and execution of window frames in a sector of it was carried out, providing natural light for it. In the surrounding area, adaptations were made to the external drainage and water supply networks for fire safety use, ending with the extension of the street and sidewalk.
