Rehabilitation of the building at Rua Prior do Crato, Lisbon – Priority 1907 Building

The result of the Acciona/CleverRed partnership, this residential building, with 18 apartments, aimed to rehabilitate one of the most emblematic buildings on Rua Prior do Crato. The building’s historical and architectural authenticity has been preserved through careful intervention. The building has kept its façade unchanged and the interior structure has been respected and improved.
