Residential Building at Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca, no. 43

The project consisted of rehabilitating a building from the early 19th century, recovering the original elements such as the balconies, tile coverings, railings, stonework and the main door, while reinventing this architectural heritage with contemporary lines.

The building has 6 floors, where 8 luxury apartments have been built, with a garden, swimming pool and private parking.
