Demolition of the Jardim Building

The purpose of the “DEMOLITION OF THE GARDEN BUILDING” contract was to demolish the building, made up of 3 blocks, with a total height above ground of approximately 43 meters.

One of the blocks consisted of 5 floors above ground, including the first floor and a mansard, with a height of around 16 meters. The other two blocks (block 1 and 2) consisted of 14 floors above ground, including the first floor, 12 floors and a mansard, and an underground basement. The demolition was carried out using a machine with a boom reach of 40 meters.
