The AP Hotels & Resorts Group entrusted Baltor with the construction of its first hotel in the north of the country. The rehabilitation of the former Hotel Viana Sol, located in the historic area of Viana do Castelo, began in August 2022 and opened to the public in February 2023, becoming a 4-star hotel, with 64 rooms, SPA, gym and a restaurant. A project that is highly difficult to execute within the intended deadline, considering all the constraints inherent to this project. Challenge overcome with success and recognition.
